Appointments

All appointments are 1 problem per appointment they are a call back first then decision will be made if face 2 face needed. If you have an appointment with the nursing team are providing care for the appointment you are booked for only. 

Appointments may be made by telephoning 01843 266322. The telephones are open from 08:00 to 18:30pm Monday - Friday. Please be advised we are working in a restricted way due to Covid 19 pandemic. Calls will be answered as quickly as possible and a booking for telephone triage with a doctor who will then discuss and decide if we need to see you face 2 face. Please be aware we have limited appointments on a daily basis. You can also access the internet to send in a general health enquiry by e-consult Monday-Friday where we can review and advise the steps being taken with you.

All our staff are working in the practice or have remote access with a few of our staff having to sheild. When attending your Face 2 face appointment please arrive at the time given, wear face mask or covering answer our screening questions at the entrance before being brought in for your appointment. Our facilities are limited as we have to maintain cleaning and infection control to reduce risk and provide safety for patients, staff and any visitors at all times.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
